Buna Consulting exists to support the people who are usually too busy serving others to slow down and fix their own systems—nonprofit leaders, adult care providers, contractors, trucking companies, sports academies, and small business owners.

We help community-based organizations and small businesses bring order to the chaos: clear governance, realistic plans, and simple technology that makes daily work easier instead of harder. From bylaws and board structure to databases, financial tracking, and CMS/document systems, our focus is always on practical tools that fit real life, not just theory.

Meet the Principal ABDUL TOLOLA

Buna Consulting is led by Abdul, Principal Consultant, who brings hands-on experience in nonprofit governance, large-scale sports and community events, adult care and logistics operations, and small business development—including contractors, transportation companies, sports academies, and food/service businesses.

Over the years, Abdul has helped organizations and small businesses:

  1. Clarify their bylaws, board roles, and governance structure
  2. Plan and run complex tournaments, festivals, and community programs
  3. Set up simple databases to track members, residents, drivers, clients, vendors, and income
  4. Create financial tracking tools and budgets that leaders and owners can actually read and use
  5. Improve day-to-day operations with clear workflows, basic SOPs, and practical systems
